You will be overseeing existing client accounts, ensuring they are serviced to a high standard, in addition to winning new business. It is essential that applicants hold excellent technical knowledge and a proven success rate within the industry. • Exemplary technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• It would be beneficial to hold a degree relating to chemistry / sciences / environmental sectors

The Role

• Overseeing the successful servicing of existing client contracts whilst actively growing the business portfolio
• Being a key point of contact for clients, providing technical support and answering any queries
• Actively seeking new business leads and taking steps to on-board new clients
• Utilising a range of sales techniques, such as: advertising and cold-calling
• Meeting with clients to outline their contractual needs
• Conducting risk assessments on site prior to projects commencing
• Renewing of existing client contracts
• Contacting clients to upsell further services and make technical recommendations
• Keeping records of sales and contract performance
• Ensuring contracts are serviced to a high standard and in line with agreed deadlines
