Job summary

Thames Water in Guildford seeks a Process Technician to support Guildford STW. You will carry out planned maintenance on plant and equipment, operate and clean facilities, and respond to faults to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

The role requires readiness to travel to other Guildford sites, 38 hours weekly, and a full UK driving licence. Training and PPE are provided to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair tasks is desirable.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a frontline operations role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Operate and clean plant to maintain on-site safety standards.
• Attend reactive jobs following plant/equipment failure.
• Keep sites clean and carry out safety and security checks.
• Perform daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.
