Responsibilities

• Operate the plant safely and raise safety concerns as needed.
• Follow HSE policies for Nijhuis Saur Industries and customers.
• Maintain environmental compliance and monitor chemical use.
• Monitor plant performance and schedule maintenance when required.
• Check inventories and request re-orders for consumables.
• Prepare risk assessments for non-routine tasks.
• Build relationships with client operations staff and contractors.
• Communicate plant status changes to the team and customers.
