Due to current business requirement, this busy and diverse water treatment company that provides various professional and high quality services to clients from all levels currently requires the services of a focused, competent and committed Water Treatment Engineer to work on various contacts predominately in the South East and will include applications from Enfield, Harlow, Epping, Loughton and the surrounding areas.

Ideally, the applicant must have varied and valid experience working within this role and with the water treatment industry.

Must be conversant with Health & Safety procedures/legislation and the water treatment industry.

Must come from a good chemical, technical and educational background.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties Will Entail:

• Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers and shower heads and flushing.
• Descaling and dis-infection and tank cleans and dosing.
• Carrying out temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analyzing water systems and interpreting the results.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment as and when required.
• Completing worksheets for work carried out appropriately.
• Building and maintaining a good rapport with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
• Collating and providing accurate reports.
• Visiting sites as per client’s requirements.
