You’ll manage log books, carry out maintenance, and work with chemicals, with a salary up to £48,000 plus overtime, private healthcare, pension and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds in Plumbing required.
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment required.
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems required.
• Experience working with cooling towers.
• Demonstrate experience in water system remediation/maintenance works.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance materials.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly and monthly analytical testing of cooling towers and closed systems.
• Log Book Ownership
• Chilled Water systems
• Cooling tower maintenance
• Closed system experience
• Water flushing
• Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when needed
• Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing
• Surveys on hot and cold water systems
• Basic Plumbing
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
• Carry out general building maintenance
• Knowlege of Calorifiers, Cooling Towers - Disinfection, Circulation pumps, Temp tests, Tank Cleans, Chlorination's, Water softeners, Cold water storage tanks, Dip Slides

Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Shoreditch, London - Up to £48,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Shoreditch, London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Shoreditch, London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment, with ideally experience in plumbing. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime and further training.

Package & Working hours

• Up to £48,000
• Monday to Friday - 07:00am - 16:00 pm / 08:00 am - 17:00 pm / 09:00am - 18:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
