Job summary

Marlowe Environmental Services, part of Mitie, is hiring a Mobile Water Technician Level 1 to operate, maintain and monitor water treatment systems across customer sites in the South East of England. The role ensures water safety and strict regulatory compliance while offering pathways for career development within the Mitie network.

The successful candidate will handle PPMs, logbooks and documentation, and support basic plumbing tasks, TMV testing, and disinfections in line with ACoP L8 and

Qualifications

• Experience in Legionella monitoring or water treatment is required.
• Advanced knowledge of maintaining water systems is desirable.
• Experience in compliance servicing or related regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling and basic plumbing.
• Carry out routine monitoring in line with ACoP L8.
• Maintain water logbooks and complete documentation per guidelines.
• Perform water system cleans and disinfections per ACoP L8 and company procedures.
• Test and service thermostatic mixing valves and support basic plumbing works.
