Job Title: Water Technician - Foot Mobile
Location: Central London

A leading global facilities management company is currently seeking an experienced Water Technician to join their team on a foot mobile basis, covering multiple high-profile commercial sites across Central London. Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine PPMs and reactive maintenance in line with L8 compliance and HSG274 guidelines
• Temperature monitoring, flushing regimes, and water sampling
• Closed system testing and dosing
• Inspection and maintenance of TMVs and expansion vessels
• Identifying faults, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions
• Completing accurate reports and logbooks
• Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Travelling between multiple sites on foot across the Central London zone

Requirements

• Proven experience in a water hygiene or water treatment role
• Strong understanding of L8 and water regulations
• City & Guilds or equivalent in water treatment (desirable)
• Comfortable working independently and travelling on foot between sites
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a mobile team within a fast-paced commercial environment
