Job summary

Veolia Water Tech UK is seeking an Operations Technologist in the Manchester/Liverpool area. You will work under the Operations Leader, supporting Account Managers and peers to achieve safety, compliance and efficient service within a defined set of customer accounts.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, service delivery, and reporting, ensuring compliance with QEHS policies and commercial agreements while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Chemistry/Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent scientific degree qualification.
• Solid experience of working within the UK Water Treatment Industry.
• Experience working with Cooling Towers, Closed Systems, Legionella.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and meet EHS requirements.
• Support Operations Leader and Account Managers to service customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency at sites.
• Prepare and communicate clear reports and plans to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with QA, RAMS, and field teams to ensure quality deliverables.
