Working hours: Full time / Part time (to be discussed)
Permanent position
Location: Hanningfield, Chelmsford, Essex. Travel across Essex & Suffolk operating area will be required.

Role Overview
Are you passionate about delivering engaging training programs? We have an exciting opportunity for a Water Supply Trainer to design and deliver training that ensures our operators are competent and safe. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of performance and embedding our company values.
You will develop practical training materials, deliver modules within the Water Directorate, and ensure training remains industry-leading and compliant with standards. Post-training, you will assess competence, support continuous improvement, and stay updated with regulatory changes. You will also network externally with other Water and Sewerage companies to share best practices.
Effective workload management and collaboration with our talent and training team will be essential.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates with experience in training within a regulatory environment, understanding compliance frameworks, and water operations. You should be adaptable in delivery style, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively. A full UK Driving Licence is required.
