HomeServe is recruiting for a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer in Nottingham. You will start with a structured onboarding and training programme, then work alongside experienced engineers to learn on-site skills while delivering top-tier customer service.

This field-based role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to progress toward becoming a fully qualified Water Supply Pipe Engineer, with an emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.

• Location: Nottingham
• Salary: £30,080 + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
• Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
  

What you’ll be doing

As a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by:

• Supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes
• Assisting experienced engineers on-site while developing your technical skills
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction
• Working safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments
• Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

Training & support

We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:

• Week 1: Classroom-based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office. (Where required, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during your induction).
• Week 2: On-the-job learning alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP engineer
• Ongoing: Structured development programmes and mentoring
