Job summary

HomeServe UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to diagnose and repair leaks, lay and replace pipework, and manage jobs with a strong focus on customer service. This field-based role involves working in customers' homes, requiring a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach.

You’ll receive onboarding, training, and a benefits package including a competitive salary and bonus. Hours are around 40 per week with some evenings and weekends; accommodation or meal

About The Role

Join HomeServe as a Water Supply Pipe Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers’ homes running smoothly.

• Location: Milton Keynes
• Salary: £37,220 - £41,810 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
• Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

What you’ll be doing

As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer, you’ll work in customer's homes carrying out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains
• Laying and replacing pipework
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:

• Week 1: Classroom-based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office
• Week 2: On-the-job training alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP Engineer

(Where required, we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance for your induction).
