Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Water Supply Engineer to join a major UK energy company. You will be deployed to Torquay and surrounding areas to inspect water mains, locate leaks, and carry out repairs in customers' properties.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, with some weekend/evening/bank holiday shifts. A company van, fuel card, and a signing-on bonus are provided for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers' properties across Torquay and surrounding areas.
• Identify leaks on the water supply pipes and excavate ground to fix pipes.
• Make the ground good again after completing the repairs.

TXM Recruit are looking for a Water Supply Engineer to start working for one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected energy company’s.

Company Van, Fuel Card and full van stock provided.

Full Time - 40 hours a week - this includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work

Up to 37,810(Salary dependent upon experience) + £1,500 signing on bonus!In a permanent role covering a patch of works in Torquayand surrounding areas you will be required tobe attending customer’s properties, identifying leaks on the water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and making the ground good once complete.

Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential; Due to the role you must be comfortable working outdoor in all-weather types.
