Qualifications

  • Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of water softeners and filtration systems.
  • Good understanding of water treatment processes and equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain water softening and filtration systems across commercial and domestic sites.
  • Carry out routine inspections and performance testing of water treatment equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide clear, detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Attend emergency callouts and perform reactive maintenance as required.
