Join the thriving and dynamic United Living Infrastructure Services team in Leeds! As a rapidly growing business, we are excited to welcome a new Site Supervisor to contribute to our success. Purpose:

To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of United Living Water Limited Yorkshire Water Contracts.

The individual will have responsibility for site management, ensuring the client's requirements are met whilst working in line with the company's health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards. Location of works will be across North Yorkshire and the Humber region.

Management of construction activities:

  • Safety: Ensuring site standards are maintained, assisting with risk assessments, accident investigations, site instructions, and inspections.
  • Production: Working to the programme.
  • Quality: Ensuring standards of workmanship are maintained. Ensuring completion of quality records and continuity of process capability.
  • Problem solving / troubleshooting.

Control of Costs:

  • Manpower
  • Materials
  • Plant and vehicles
  • Damages and thefts

Liaison with Health & Safety Manager:

  • Working together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
  • Dealing with improvement notices.
  • Liaison with Water Operatives.
  • Working together to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are achieved.
  • Dealing with actions from technical audits.
  • Development / maintenance of competency levels.

Liaison with Project Manager:

  • Construction planning.
  • Delivering safely to weekly targets.

Liaison with Client Representatives:

  • Progress meetings.
  • Day-to-day communication.

Additional Information:

This role is key to our successful delivery of ULW and YW AMP8 Programme of work. You will be managing both subcontractors and direct reports and will report directly to the Site Project Manager.
