Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for its Water sector in the United Kingdom. You will lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and communications meet client expectations.

You will manage documentation, contracts, and commercial performance, while focusing on risk, opportunities, and continuous improvement. Strong internal and external relationships are essential to deliver great outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Water sector and proven project management capability.
• PM qualification such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactive risk management and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary water projects from planning to delivery, keeping on track on scope, schedule and cost.
• Own project documentation, contracts and commercial performance with a focus on risk and opportunities.
• Foster strong internal and client relationships to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Promote HSSE culture and provide training/support to teams for safe delivery.
• Support wider business development through proposals and identifying opportunities.
