Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for its Water sector with hybrid working across the UK. You will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, cost, quality, and communications to build client confidence and motivate teams.

You will own documentation, contracts and commercial performance while maintaining focus on risk, opportunities and continuous improvement. The role supports business development and requires strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Water industry and project management is essential.
• Industry recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ or similar preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactivity in risk management and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on project documentation, contracts, and commercial performance.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and communications to keep projects on track.
• Support wider business development activities and identify opportunities.
