Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is recruiting a Water Recycling Process Operator (Works Technician Process Controller) for the Humber Region and surrounding area.

The role ensures our water recycling treatment processes are serviced and maintained to required standards, with duties including operating assets, performing preventive maintenance, and taking process samples. The position is full-time and permanent, typically Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 with some standby and weekend work paid at enhanced

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Competent with IT systems and basic digital tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, flexible and able to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water recycling assets (tanks, pumps, valves) safely.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance and lubrication.
• Carry out process sampling and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and good housekeeping.
• Aim to minimise energy use while meeting regulatory standards.
