Job summary

Anglian Water invites graduates to join a structured two-year programme with diverse operational placements. You will respond to incidents, manage risks and maintain service performance while learning how financial, contractual and commercial decisions support operational success.

You’ll explore how waste is transformed into valuable resources and gain insight into water production, distribution networks, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline, obtained in the last 3 years or currently being studied.
• Must have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
• Curiosity, ambition and readiness to learn.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Collaborative working approach.
• Interest in technology products and passion for the water industry.
• Flexibility, as placements may vary across the region and departments.
• Willingness to attend a face-to-face assessment centre at an Anglian Water location.
