You will oversee delivery from concept to commissioning, shaping sustainable infrastructure for communities and the environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater projects.
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Experience with digital engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment.
• Oversee project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders.
• Embed health, safety, and sustainability considerations into all engineering outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and engineering practices.
• Support wider business growth through strong client engagement and delivery excellence.
