Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects across the UK.

This is a key leadership role overseeing projects from concept through to commissioning, shaping sustainable infrastructure that supports communities and the environment for the long term.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in design and build project delivery, ideally within the water sector.
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 Professional Services Contracts and contract administration.
• Experience with digital engineering tools and approaches.
• A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment.
• Oversee project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders.
• Embed health, safety, and sustainability considerations into all engineering outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and engineering practices.
• Support wider business growth through strong client engagement and delivery excellence.
