Job Title: Project Manager – Metering Operations
Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee local operational teams responsible for installing meters and related equipment/assets both inside and outside customers’ properties. Your role involves project management to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and aligns with our Client’s targets and expectations. Customer service is a key focus, and you will ensure that work causes minimal disruption and follows a ‘right first time’ approach. Customer satisfaction will be measured through the C-MeX metric, and you will work closely with Severn Trent to improve these ratings, demonstrating leadership and genuine care for customer feedback.
