Job summary

Anglian Water is recruiting a Production Enablement Manager to bridge production strategy and delivery across Rutland, Bedford, Northampton, Peterborough and surrounding sites.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technical specialists, align maintenance, asset health and production priorities, and drive a proactive, integrated operating model. This role demands strong stakeholder management and delivery of major programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent operational experience.
• Experience within water supply operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Strong understanding of production, storage and distribution systems.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrable experience delivering operational improvements and major programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Enablement function, translating production priorities into deliverable operational activity.
• Coordinate maintenance, technical activity to protect production capability and system resilience.
• Drive alignment between maintenance planning, asset health priorities and production requirements.
• Identify and resolve barriers, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Lead and develop a team of technical experts, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Oversee major capital programmes, managing risk, cost, timescales and impacts.
• Establish governance and performance measures to support resilient operations.
• Support Production Transformation Programme and future operating model.
