• Degree-level qualification or equivalent operational experience.
• Proven experience in water supply operations or comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of production, storage and distribution systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and subject matter experts.
• Experience delivering operational improvements and major programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and influencing skills.

• Lead the Production Enablement function, translating priorities into deliverable operational activity.
• Coordinate maintenance, asset health and production requirements to protect capability and resilience.
