Job summary

Anglian Water Services is offering a two-year graduate programme based within the Policy and Public Affairs teams. You will rotate through placements across the Corporate Affairs directorate while tackling real business challenges and developing professional qualifications.

You will monitor parliamentary activity, draft briefs for internal and external audiences, and support stakeholder engagement. The programme emphasizes growth, with travel across the Anglian Water region as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be studying towards or have completed a degree with a 2:2 or higher.
• Availability to start September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
• Willingness to travel across Anglian Water areas, including Huntingdon and London.

Responsibilities

• Policy and political research and insight, monitoring parliamentary activity and government announcements.
• Drafting internal briefings and external engagement documents.
• Stakeholder engagement support, researching MPs’ interests and drafting key messages.
• Policy analysis and position development with colleagues to inform company policies.
