Job description

Role: Water Pipe Technician

Location: Erith

Duration: 4 Months

Hours: 06:30 to 15:15 Monday to Friday.

Project

The work involves an upgrade of the IT cooling systems. The specific need requires the replacement of flexible plastic water hoses that have reached the end of their service life. These hoses need replacing for each IT server. The work is repetitive and requires care, focus, and attention to detail throughout. Working as part of a team alongside experienced technicians, each IT server's cooling system will be upgraded, being mindful of and paying particular attention to the customer experience and SLA during the procedure.

The successful candidates shall demonstrate a reliable and careful approach to the work whilst having no impact on customer experience. The intention is to complete as many of these cooling system upgrades as possible over the course of the fixed-term contract.
