Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking a permanent Water Network Team Leader to support our clean water operations across Devon and Cornwall. This hands-on role leads a team, delivering high-quality water network works while upholding health, safety and environmental standards.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee underground detection and main laying activities, and ensure safe working practices in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in water/construction.
• Strong health and safety practices in field operations.
• Ability to mentor and manage day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily water network works and mentor colleagues.
• Locate and repair mains water defects and check equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
