Job summary

Durateam-Environmental is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee water separation and pipework projects across Lyme Regis and surrounding sites. You will manage site operations, teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to NEC contract standards.

The role requires MSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, and NRSWA supervision qualifications, plus a Civil Engineering qualification such as HNC/HND, with proven ability to coordinate multiple sites and maintain rigorous

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the water industry.
• Experience managing water pipework or water network infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate teams and manage multiple sites.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and NRSWA Supervisor qualifications.
• Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience working under NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple sites.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors working on water pipework projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources and deliveries.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
• Identify and resolve any issues affecting project delivery.
