This is where you come in…

As a Smart Water Meter Technician, your role will involve upgrading existing meters to our new smart meters, enabling customers to monitor their water usage.

Since the first meters were installed, they have helped Anglian Water customers find and resolve over [number] leaks at their properties.

Your responsibilities include using the latest technology to upgrade and connect the new smart meter to the nearest mast, and explaining to customers how their new smart meter works.

If you can drive, enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and possess excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you!

We focus on recruiting based on potential. Previous work experience is not essential; we will train you, and a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more important to us.

Please note the working hours for this role: (spring/summer) 8 months – 07:30 to 17:30, and (autumn/winter) 4 months – 07:30 to 16:00.
