Job summary

Bridges - Trusted Intelligent Engineering Partner in the South West is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex engineering projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure safety and quality across all project stages.

The role offers a hybrid working model with travel to client sites, NEC contract experience preferred, and a proactive culture that supports development through

Qualifications

• Proven PM in industrial M&E/MEICA environments.
• Experience managing water/ wastewater projects.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and control methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• UK driving licence and NEC contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery from inception to completion.
• Manage staff and subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Ensure health and safety RAMS compliance for all work.
• Create and manage project documentation and monthly expenditure reporting.
• Liaise with client and stakeholders; manage environmental impacts.
