Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician on a permanent basis to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across all client stores in South West London & Surrey.

• Salary: £33,147 (including shift allowance of £3,595)
• Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card
• Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE
• Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, based on targets
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What You'll Be Doing

You will perform reactive and proactive maintenance on refrigeration condensate pipework, responding promptly to logged water leaks, identifying sources, repairing or replacing faulty components, clearing blockages, and maintaining drainage systems. You will diagnose faults, provide effective solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

Ensuring timely completion of jobs within SLA, meeting KPIs, and adhering to health & safety procedures is essential. You will also follow client site requirements and plan routes to manage daily workloads efficiently, prioritizing aged work orders and striving for first-time fixes.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience with water leak or drainage works (preferred)
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic electrical skills (desired but not essential)
• Trade or industry qualifications (desired)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• IT proficiency (email, apps, etc.)

Other Factors

• You must be able to work nights
• Flexibility for Sunday shifts as required
• Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours/week
• On-call rota (1-4 or 1-8) depending on busy periods
