Job summary

Construction & Property Recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer (Water) to deliver precise setting out, QA, and on-site supervision for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will ensure structural elements, pipelines, and interfaces meet design specs and standards.

The role requires strong Civil Engineering qualifications, survey proficiency with robotic total stations and GNSS, plus CSCS and a full UK driving licence. RAMS compliance and site coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/BSc/HND/HNC) required.
• Proficiency with robotic total stations and GNSS surveying.
• Minimum 23 years of site-based experience in civil engineering.
• CSCS card (White/Blue/Gold) and Full UK driving licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Setting out & surveying for deep drainage, water mains, pumping stations, and RC structures.
• Quality assurance and maintaining As-Built documentation.
• Reviewing drawings, cross-referencing specs, and raising RFIs for design issues.
• Site supervision and ensuring RAMS and environmental protocols are followed.
• Material take-offs and coordinating concrete orders and pipe fittings.
