Job summary

Actemium Automation Hampshire is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Sector Lead to deliver PLC, SCADA and automation projects for water and wastewater facilities across the UK. You will lead a team, manage budgets and ensure safe, on-time delivery to high quality standards, while shaping strategic direction of the business unit.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and NEC contract experience, with a focus on developing relationships with water utilities and framework

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering UK water/industrial automation projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Commercial acumen and tendering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
• Deliver automation projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Develop relationships with water utility customers and partners.
• Oversee planning, risk management, and commercial governance.
