Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support a major water infrastructure project in the South East. Based in Snodland, Kent, the role offers £350–£400 per day and focuses on project coordination and administration.

You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to keep deliverables on track, manage day-to-day project administration, coordinate schedules and documentation across multiple projects, including a new build reservoir.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• MEICA or Civil engineering background or equivalent.
• Water sector experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with project documentation, scheduling and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day project administration.
• Coordinating project schedules and activities.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Acting as a key contact for routine stakeholder communications.
• Tracking deliverables and actions.
• Identifying and resolving minor project bottlenecks.
