Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive water hygiene tasks.
• Service, maintain, and carry out minor replacement works on TMVs.
• Complete temperature monitoring, flushing, and routine compliance checks.

Skills

Experience in water hygiene, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance

Knowledge of TMVs and water systems

Good fault-finding skills

Communication skills

Record-keeping skills

Education

Legionella awareness or water hygiene qualifications

Tools

CAFM or PPM systems
