Job summary

Qualifications

• Legionella Awareness and HTM/HSG274 knowledge.
• Experience with water delivery systems and isolation procedures.
• Water hygiene background with a focus on compliance.
• Desirable plumbing qualifications and risk assessment credentials.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine monitoring of water systems within designated buildings.
• Assist on-site team with maintenance and repair activities.
• Undertake non-technical engineering maintenance tasks.
• Keep plant and work areas clean and tidy.
• Carry out PPMs on water systems to ensure compliance.
• Undertake failsafe and servicing of TMVs.
• Work with sub-contractors to maintain high standards.
• Use CAFM system on a tablet for records.
• Carry out cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks.
