Your Role: Water Hygiene Technician

As a Water Hygiene Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant water systems across a wide range of customer sites. You’ll be on the front line—testing, monitoring, maintaining, and representing our values wherever you go.

What You’ll Do
  1. Perform routine monitoring in line with ACOP L8
  2. Take water samples and maintain detailed logbooks
  3. Clean and disinfect water systems following technical guidelines
  4. Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs)
  5. Handle basic plumbing remedials
  6. Respond to customer queries and complete clear, accurate documentation
  7. Work safely and represent our brand with professionalism
What You’ll Bring
  • Plumbing or water systems background (a big plus!)
  • Experience in legionella monitoring or water treatment is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
