Dalkia UK at Imperial College London seeks a Water Hygiene Technician to deliver water hygiene services across a large academic estate, focusing on cooling tower compliance and maintenance. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, keep accurate records, and guide an apprentice.

Working independently and with a small team, you will ensure safe, compliant water systems and support audits, inspections and contractor coordination across multiple campuses in London.

Formación

• Proven experience in water hygiene or water treatment.
• Qualified in water hygiene and Legionella control.
• Full driving licence.
• Organised and proactive with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete cooling tower maintenance with sampling and chemical dosing.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across water systems.
• Interpret lab results, adjust treatment and address non-compliance.
• Maintain CAFM records and compliance documentation for audits.
• Coordinate access with contractors and oversee apprentice tasks.
