Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Water Hygiene Team Leader to oversee two commercial sites in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The role involves leading a team of five engineers, coordinating work and serving as the main site contact for Managers while spending three days on the tools.

The position requires a driver’s license and DBS check; experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer is essential, with mentoring or client-contact exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous team leading or supervisory experience beneficial but not essential.
• Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Any remedials experience beneficial.
• Full driving license.
• Enhanced DBS checked.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 5 Water Hygiene Engineers, allocating work and acting as primary on-site contact.
• Ensuring work is compliant with ACoP L8 and HSG 274; conducting report writing and site meetings.

Water Hygiene Team Leader

My client a Water Hygiene Consultancy are looking for a Water Hygiene Team Leader to cover 2 commercial sites in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area. Applicants don't need to have management experience but if they have acted as a mentor and had exposure to being a client contact on site that would be of interest.

Job Title - Water Hygiene Team Leader

Salary - £32,000-£36,000

Benefits - Van (private use), sector and management training, paid door to door, overtime available. No call-out or work rota (Monday-Friday only and normal business hours)

Site - 2 Health Care sites in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area

Responsibilities

Leading a team of 5 Water Hygiene Engineers, the Team Leader will be responsible for the management/allocation of work, being the primary contact to Site Managers whilst being on the tools 3 days a week.

Other days are reserved for report writing, team training and any site meetings including ensuring checking work is compliant to ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

Experience required require for the Water Hygiene Team Leader
