Qualifications

Water Hygiene Plumber

Location: Burton-Upon-Trent

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience)

About Our Client

A leading environmental management consultancy providing water hygiene and treatment services. Their services help maintain safe water systems in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and HSE's L8 ACOP. They are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020, with offices across the UK.

The Role

As a Water Hygiene Plumber, you'll work on commercial and industrial sites, performing plumbing and water hygiene duties.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Read and interpret site plans and schematics.
  • Order, track, and manage task-specific materials and equipment.
  • Maintain clear records, including photographic evidence, and complete all documentation thoroughly.
  • Coordinate effectively and communicate well with clients.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure proper care of company property, including van and tools.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, multitask, and stay organized under tight schedules.
  • Adhere to company standards, including uniform and appearance.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
  • Survey jobs and prepare quotations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  • PASMA and IPAF experience (desirable)
  • Experience with heating pipework (desirable)
