Job summary
Primary Water Solutions are looking for a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer based in Reading to carry out routine PPM water hygiene tasks across commercial and domestic sites. You will perform temperature monitoring, shower disinfections, TMV servicing, and cold water tank cleaning in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliant water systems.
You should have experience in water hygiene/legionella control, a good understanding of PPM schedules, the ability to work
Qualifications
- Experience in water hygiene/legionella control (essential).
- Good understanding of PPM schedules and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Routine temperature monitoring of hot and cold-water systems
- Shower disinfections and descaling
- TMV servicing, testing, and maintenance
- Cold water storage tank cleaning and inspections
- Accurate completion of site paperwork and compliance report
- Working in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, and company procedures
