Environmental Compliance Consultancy in the North-East is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across the region with some travel outside.

Salary £28,000-£34,000 DoE, plus a van, fuel card and extensive benefits. You will perform sampling, monitoring, descales and tank inspections with TMV servicing knowledge desirable. A full driving licence and DBS check are required; training in plumbing and risk assessments will be offered.

Qualifications

3+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician.
Full driving licence.
DBS checks.
Flexibility to cover North-East area.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Sampling, Monitoring, Descales, Tank Inspections/Cleans.
Knowledge of TMV servicing is ideal.
On-site work across North-East with occasional travel.
Training on plumbing, risk assessments and building services will be provided.

Water Hygiene Engineer - North-East

£28000-£34000 (DoE) + Van + Benefits

Environmental Compliance Consultancy with its head office in London are actively looking to grow the team, this has come about due to expansion and new contracts starting in September.

They are currently looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join an existing large team and cover contracts around the North-East of the country with some travel outside this area on occasion.

Focussing on commercial sites (schools, retail, hospitality, education and offices), the successful Water Hygiene Engineer will be supported by an internal project team who will help manage the work schedule, to ensure long hours are avoided and work is mapped out in advance to maintain a strong work/life balance.

Overtime is available but optional, on-site time tends to be between 5-6 hours (depending on work location) enabling them to incorporate travel time into your day.

The Water Hygiene Engineer will cover work including - Sampling, Monitoring, Descales, Tank Inspections/Cleans with knowledge of TMV servicing ideal. Specific training will be offered, and all staff with be given the opportunity to pick up new skills around plumbing, risk assessments and building services.
