Sites across: Woking, Guildford, Aldershot, Fleet, Bracknell, Slough, Reading, Windsor, Epsom, Twickenham, Croydon, Sutton, Caterham, Redhill, Oxted, Crawley, Maidenhead, Southall, Bromley, Horley, East Grinstead, Sidcup, Bexleyhead, Sevenoaks, Erith, Dartford, High Wycombe.

Experience & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor and Water Hygiene Engineer
• City & Guilds (WMSoc) qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Plumbing qualifications/experience (beneficial)
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient with company software
• Flexible to travel as required

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems
• Preparing detailed reports highlighting risks and recommendations
• Showerhead descales
• TMV inspections and servicing
• CWST cleans & disinfections
• Water sampling
• Temperature monitoring
• Basic outlet flushes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
