Job summary

Future Select are recruiting a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team in Reading, Berkshire. The role covers pre-planned water hygiene duties across commercial and public sector sites across the South East, with opportunities for training and development.

You will perform TMV servicing, water sampling and inspections, ensuring compliance with HSG 274 and ACOP L8. The position includes travel to numerous sites and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Proven knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Experience across a range of client sites.
• Flexible to travel as required.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-planned Water Hygiene duties across commercial, public sector and local authority premises.
• TMV servicing and maintenance.
• Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tank.
• Showerhead disinfections.
• Calorifier inspections.
• Water sampling.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Updating logbooks.
• Working independently and within teams.

Our client is recruiting for a reliable and driven Water Hygiene Engineer for their team in the South East of England. The company is a growing and successful outfit, who specialise in Water Hygiene / Water Treatment. There are countless routes for further training within the industry, as our client is known for upskilling and promoting across their team . It would be advantageous to be based near to major routes, including: M4 and / or M25, as you will be covering sites across this region.
