United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our Water Work Winning team in the UK. You will draft compelling tender responses, Coordinate inputs from operations, commercial, technical and SHEQ teams to deliver compliant submissions.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, manage bid programs and contribute to framework opportunities across Water contracts, with a clear progression path towards Bid Manager.

• Experience gathering information from SME teams across disciplines.
• Familiarity with tender evaluation processes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, client-focused tender responses for Water opportunities.
• Interpret tender questions and client requirements to meet criteria.
• Develop structured responses showcasing approach, experience, capability, benefits and differentiators.
• Gather technical, operational, commercial, SHEQ, environmental, sustainability information from SMEs.
• Translate technical information into persuasive written responses.
• Maintain project case studies and supporting evidence for submissions.
• Ensure responses are tailored to client, framework and opportunity.
• Proofread and quality-check submissions for accuracy.
