Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid submissions for major infrastructure projects. You will craft winning strategies, coordinate with directors and subject-matter experts, and ensure high-quality, compliant responses that differentiate our offering.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping responses that support green energy and water infrastructure wins across the UK, engaging with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in English, marketing, engineering or construction or equivalent experience.
• Experience in bid management within infrastructure, utilities, or engineering services.
• Professional certification and/or formal bid management training is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and excellent written communication skills for client-focused submissions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the work-winning function, you will manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, winning submissions. You will be responsible for:

• Leading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels
• Interpreting client requirements and translating them into winning strategies and compliant responses
• Overseeing the production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate our offering
• Working closely with directors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to define win themes and value propositions
• Managing multiple in-framework bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality
• Engaging with live projects to gather insight and evidence for persuasive case studies and success stories

Qualifications
