Job summary

Aqualogic is recruiting a qualified plumber to join its award-winning team focused on sustainability. You will visit customers identified as high water users to assess fixtures and install water-saving devices, logging data with our bespoke app.

The role requires City and Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing, a full UK driving licence, and excellent customer communication. A company van, smartphone, and tools are provided, plus a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
• National Water Hygiene Blue Card preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water efficiency visits in customer homes
• Assess and fit water-saving devices (e.g. taps, showers, toilets)
• Measure flow rates, check for leaks, and take meter readings
• Record data via the bespoke app
• Educate customers on sustainable water use and behavioural changes
• Provide high levels of customer service and feedback on service delivery
• Occasional weekend work required
