Job summary

Stantec is seeking Civil Engineers of all levels to work in the water sector across the UK. You will join an award-winning team delivering design and project support from feasibility to detailed design, collaborating with specialists to meet drinking water quality regulations and climate resilience.

We welcome degree-qualified engineers, ideally Chartered, with water industry experience and a track record of delivering designs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering with a willingness to work across UK water projects.
• Chartered status is preferred but not mandatory; membership of a recognized institution is advantageous.
• Experience in the water industry and ability to lead/design teams on civil water infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop water infrastructure designs from needs identification through to detailed design.
• Collaborate with pipeline, structural, geotechnical and digital design specialists.
• Lead and mentor other civil engineers to deliver design deliverables on time and within budget.
