Job summary

Stantec in the UK is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead design across water and wastewater networks and drainage systems. You will mentor developing engineers and collaborate with contractor partners on D&B projects, contributing across the full project lifecycle.

Based in Cambridge or nearby South Region offices, you will integrate into a national team focused on climate resilience and community-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid track record of design experience within the UK water industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered or Incorporated status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design across Water/Wastewater treatment, networks, Storm Water overflows and sustainable urban drainage.
• Collaborate directly with contractor partners on major D&B projects moving from design to delivery.
• Contribute to diverse pipeline from asset planning to detailed design.
