Responsibilities

• Lead and shape Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service operations at a supervisory level.
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Support development, training and capability building for crews.
• Coordinate travel and pool car use as required.
