Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Site/Construction Manager for wastewater schemes. You will lead day-to-day site activities, coordinating MEICA and civils works, and drive safety, quality and programme adherence on live projects.

You will need proven site management in the water sector, strong MEICA plus civils delivery, and a collaborative approach to coordinating subcontractors and client teams on site.

Competenze

• Proven Site/Construction Management experience within the water sector (wastewater).
• Strong MEICA experience alongside civils delivery (interfaces, sequencing, site coordination).
• Comfortable working on live operational environments and coordinating multiple work fronts.
• Good communication style - able to manage subcontractors and maintain client relationships on site.
• SMSTS and CSCS tickets are essential.

Mansioni

• Manage daily site operations on wastewater projects (MEICA + civils packages).
• Plan and coordinate site activities with supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive H&S standards on site, including briefings, inspections and permit compliance.
• Maintain programme and sequencing, reporting progress and flagging constraints early.
• Ensure quality checks are completed and works are delivered to spec and drawings.
• Coordinate with the client, operations teams and wider project delivery team.
• Manage site documentation: RAMS, permits, diaries, progress updates and ITP/QA records.
• Support commissioning and handover activities where required.
